The opening ceremony of the Conference was officially held on June 3, chaired by Felix Amberg, President of the Conference.The opening ceremony featured speeches by government officials, conference organizers and keynote speeches by heavyweight industry leaders.The opening ceremony was interspersed with traditional performances by Swiss artists, and the familiar theme song "Edelweiss" from the Sound of Music struck a chord with attendees from all over the world.

The opening ceremony was followed by three days of exhibition, Poster Session, Open Session, Technical Session, ITA COSUF WORKSHOP, ITAtech Innovation Session, ITAtech DEMINAR, Swiss Session, Young Swiss Tunneling Forum of the Swiss Tunneling Association, etc.About 50 people from China's civil engineering community attended the conference.As the Chinese representative of the International Tunnel Association, Professor Bai Yun from the Department of Underground Engineering at Tongji University and Researcher Yan Jinxiu, deputy general manager of China Railway Southwest Research Institute Co., LTD, chaired two of the forums respectively.Young students from southwest Jiaotong University and other universities also participated in the forum.Show new tunnel detection technology of Amberg booth attracted many participants, the domestic tunnel experts, China civil engineering society of tunnel and underground engineering branch director professor guo shan cloud, southwest electrocuting Li Shucai cultural revolution, a professor at the shandong university professor respectively with Amberg staff communicate in detail such as the TSP, TMS and other advanced tunnel geological advanced prediction and tunnel scanning detection techniques, etc.
